    • Access to Data: Only authorized staff and collaborators can access client data, and only when absolutely necessary. All employees, contractors, and freelancers are required to sign legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) before working with any sensitive data.
    • Acceptance of Terms: By using any of G6 Inc.’s tools or services, you explicitly agree to all terms and policies of the company, including: Waiving your right to file any legal claims against G6 Inc. related to the use of the services and Committing to attempt resolving any disputes amicably before pursuing legal actions.
    • AI-Generated Content: You acknowledge that the AI-generated content provided by G6 Inc. is produced based on publicly available data and sources that are not subject to copyright, and any similarity to other content is incidental and unintentional and does not constitute infringement of intellectual property rights. G6 Inc. disclaims all liability for any claims arising from such incidental similarities.
    • Waiver and Release of Liability: By using G6 Inc.’s services, you fully and irrevocably waive any rights or legal claims against the company, its employees, or agents, including claims related to AI-generated content, service usage, or incidental similarities with third-party content. You also agree to release G6 Inc. from any damages or losses resulting from your use of the services and commit not to file any lawsuits against the company or its representatives.

    How do I Opt Out of the Advertising Cookies?

    If you do not want ads based on your online browsing behavior, you can opt out through the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt out page (for advertising on other ad platforms) and through our Privacy Policy (for advertising on G6 platforms). Please note: if you disable cookies, the opt out mechanism will block the opt out cookie and not work properly.

    Mandatory Arbitration and Waiver of Class Actions

    By using G6 services, you agree that any dispute or claim between you and the company will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, not through public courts. Arbitration will be confidential and handled by a neutral arbitration authority. Employees and Freelancers and Client you explicitly waive the right to file or participate in any class-action lawsuits against G6. Disputes cannot be pursued as a class or representative action, nor may an arbitrator represent a group Privacy Policy Clients acknowledge that materials provided by G6 (such as code, AI models, internal strategies) are confidential. All G6 employees and collaborators are required to sign NDAs. They are strictly prohibited from using or sharing any client data or internal company information outside their work scope. These obligations remain in effect even after the working relationship ends Clients agree not to copy, reuse, or share such information without written permission from G6. Any party who violates these confidentiality agreements will be held legally responsible and required to compensate G6 for all direct and indirect damages, including loss of reputation, income, and intellectual property. Penalty value is determined based on the damage caused, and G6 has the right to seek recovery through arbitration or legal channels as outlined in section.

    Responsibility for Subscription Payments & Technical Costs

    The client is solely responsible for all costs related to AI services, website hosting, domain names, and any technical infrastructure provided by G6. This includes all subscription fees (monthly, annual, or otherwise) as well as any other expenses incurred during the course of service. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services until payment is completed. G6 and the client agree to comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws, including but not limited to GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California). Clients must not use G6 services for illegal or policy-violating activities.

    Intellectual Property Rights | Misuse and Abuse Prevention

    All intellectual property related to models, code, systems, and materials provided by G6 remains the property of G6 or its licensors. Clients are not allowed to use, reproduce, or modify these assets without written permission. Clients must respect and protect the company’s IP rights. Contact us online.
    Clients may not use G6 services for any illegal activity, fraud, or action that harms company systems or other clients. G6 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of confirmed abuse or violation.
    G6 reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Clients will be notified via email or platform notification of any changes.
